Smells a bit spicy and flowery in my imp, which sounds like exactly like how I’d like to smell in theory, but my ex said it smelled more soapy on me and I think that may be true. Can’t ever know for sure ahead of time how things will mix with your own skin, but maybe just beware if your tend to go soapy with oils when they dry on you.

For me, floral and peppery. I get the musk in the bottle but once it’s on me it’s like just a spicy pepper and a flower are hanging out, in a good way. I really like it, but keep in mind that I do already tend to notice that I mix well with spicy/peppery smells.

Dragon’s Musk is a lovely dragon’s blood scent. The musks really add some oomph to it. Not as overly sweet as Dragon’s Milk, and much less in your face. This hangs close to the skin but is very sexy and sensual.

Masculine and dominant for sure. It’s got a kind of green tang underneath the blood. Really interesting scent, but not my jam.

I tried this because I loved both Dragon’s Milk and O, both containing honey and vanilla, as does Dragon’s Musk. It’s a lovely scent, smokey and powdery, and when I woke up the night after trying it out I smelled it immediately and it was heavenly. Initially I thought that it wouldn’t be replacing either of the others with me for the simple reason that it’s too subtle for my tastes. I soon realised, however, that I lacked a day-to-day scent for when I wasn’t feeling feminine enough for Dragon’s Milk, and Dragon’s Musk fills that void perfectly. I’d definitely recommend.

In the imp: Musky dragon’s blood. The dragon’s blood in this is a lot stronger than it was in Dragon’s Bone or Dragon’s Claw.

Wet: This is sharp. I am getting more musk than dragon’s blood, but that doesn’t mean that the dragon’s blood isn’t strong, because it is. I think one of the musks is black musk. I am getting some lemon or something lemon-like from this scent.

Dry: Sweeter and even muskier now. This is mostly just musk on me. I am generally not a fan of musk scents (aside from pale musks), but this is a pleasant surprise. I can tell that there are several different musks present, but I am unable to identify them. I’m not getting much dragon’s blood during this phase.

Verdict: The dry phase of this one is nice, but I don’t feel like I need a bottle of this one.

sweet, spicy, rich dragon’s blood, warmed here by heady musk. i love dragon’s milk only slightly more, but it’s a tough call. this is so warm and glowing. it just seems to love my skin – it’s one of those amazing BPAL musk blends that feels like a “second skin” because it blends so well with my chemistry. beautiful.
