Casually received it as an imp in my first purchase, I fell in love with this scent, perhaps it’s my favourite. Ambery, spicy, warm, with hints of scented incense, it reminds me of an occult herbalist’s house. A little goes a long way, but I will definitely purchase the larger bottle in the future.

Received as a free imp, may have to buy a full bottle. Starts out spicy and floral, cools down into something sweeter. Very close to home, fuzzy blanket feeling. Also the color is lovely. <3

Mmm…dragon’s blood, rich and deep, slightly spicy and creamy. There is a floral quality evocative of honeysuckle and lilac, with a dark fruit note, and breezy incense on the drydown. It is soothing, uplifting, and powerful all at once.

I don’t think I will get the big bottle, but this is warm, incensey, and reminds me of how an occultist shop might smell. It is very nice in my aromatherapy thingy!

Wet, this is so tart, but I can’t tell what kind of tart. Lime, maybe? When this goes on, it smooths out a bit, turns more floral-y. During drydown, I didn’t think I’d love this, but after 10 minutes or so, it’s really growing on me. It gets warm and a bit spicy, but still, overall, it’s floral.

I like this one! White florals are hard for me. I love them in theory, but the blends rarely work for me. I keep sniffing this one, which is a good sign! Thanks to the BPAL team for frimping this one to me!

So, I got this as a free imp when I had my previous order’s slightly mixed up shipment fixed, for Bruised Violet Compound (great customer service on BPAL’s part, btw, they were quick and polite about it).
I find it so funny that I got this one, because as an aspiring musical artist, and as an aspiring businesswoman who promotes herself, the concept of this one is just perfect! And it really fits my wild, forest-dwelling personality. The wolf really resonates with me. I didn’t even know about this oil from BPAl, and I’m glad I found out about it this way! The smell is also wonderful.

In the imp: Definitely agree with the previous reviewers. It’s gotta be dragon’s blood, and I also detect some pomegranate or some such fruit? It’s a very pretty smell.

Wet: Dragon’s blood has a sweet smell on me, and the jasmine like smell also immediately comes through. Still smelling something like pomegranate in there.

Dry: This is not paticularly spicy on me, but I do smell some kind of earthy scent grounding the other overlaying notes. I think it might be a light, sweet patchouli, or maybe sweet sage, but it smells mroe like patchouli to me. I’m not a big fan of patchouli, but I do like the way it smells in some perfume oils from BPAL, and it goes very beautifully in this one. The jasmines completely steal my heart, as that’s one of my favorite floral smells.

Dragon’s blood and jasmine dominate, with some kind of pomegranate smell, and the grounded by patchouli. I love it! <3

This is one of my favorites. There is dragon’s blood and jasmine and a little spiciness. It’s really well-blended, none of the notes predominates.

I agree that it grants courage–a grounded, confident feeling.

Wolf’s Heart stays close to the skin, and feels very personal. It’s lasting, and not overpowering.

I received Wolf’s Heart as a sample imp in my last purchase. I am strongly considering buying a larger bottle. It’s hard to pin point the exact ingredients, but I think it has some Dragon’s Blood in it. A little spicy, but not too masculine. It’s a very soothing scent to me. It kind of reminds me of some of my favorite incense.
