She’d rented the cottage furnished, which meant that the actual furniture was the special sort you find in these circumstances and had probably been left out for the dustmen by the local War on Want shop. It didn’t matter. She didn’t expect to be here long.
If Agnes was right, she wouldn’t be anywhere long. Nor would anyone else.
Camellia, jasmine, heather, orange blossom, osmanthus, wisteria, thyme, angelica, freesia, granny’s nightcap, and English wildflowers.
A tiny woman stands in the center of the stage, the perfect woman in miniature, her copper hair bouncing in elegant curls. She is surrounded on all sides by a necropolis of maimed, mutilated stuffed animals, decapitated fashion dolls, and eviscerated wooden figures. It is a strangely ghastly tableau: the disemboweled toys ooze fiberfill, batting, and sawdust from their gaping wounds. In one dainty hand she clutches a shard of glass, and in the other she nimbly twirls a razor blade. Her face is twisted in a grimace of mad ferocity, and she hisses as she brandishes her makeshift weapons at you. “Play with me?” she growls.
Soft, yet sociopathic: white carnation, iris, orange blossom, poisonous pale white berries, and sugared cream.
The Paradigm’s martial artist and weapons master, Bette carries a grim secret—that she alone knows Plutonian’s one true vulnerability.
Benzoin, wild plum, smoky amber, bergamot, orange blossom, myrrh, and dark berries.
My well-beloved was stripped. Knowing my whim,
She wore her tinkling gems, but naught besides:
And showed such pride as, while her luck betides,
A sultan’s favored slave may show to him.
When it lets off its lively, crackling sound,
This blazing blend of metal crossed with stone
Gives me an ecstasy I’ve only known
Where league of sound and lustre can be found.
She let herself be loved: then, drowsy-eyed,
Smiled down from her high couch in languid ease.
My love was deep and gentle as the seas
And rose to her as to a cliff the tide.
My own approval of each dreamy pose,
Like a tamed tiger, cunningly she sighted:
And candour, with lubricity united,
Gave piquancy to every one she chose.
Her limbs and hips, burnished with changing lustres
Before my eyes, clairvoyant and serene,
Swanned themselves, undulating in their sheen;
Her breasts and belly, of my vine the clusters,
Like evil angels rose, my fancy twitting,
To kill the peace which over me she’d thrown,
And to disturb her from the crystal throne
Where, calm and solitary, she was sitting.
So swerved her pelvis that, in one design,
Antiope’s white rump it seemed to graft
To a boy’s torso, merging fore and aft.
The talc on her brown tan seemed half-divine.
The lamp resigned its dying flame. Within,
The hearth alone lit up the darkened air,
And every time it sighed a crimson flare
It drowned in blood that amber-coloured skin.
Skin musk and honey, blood-red rose, orange blossom, white peach, red apple, frankincense and myrrh.

Ordered this one and was really excited to try it. I was very surprised though as it wasn’t quite what I had imagined, but still not unpleasant by any means!
In the vial it smelled a lot more like raspberries than cherries to me, and the chocolate was oddly like a Hershey bar, with that slightly more acidic chocolate scent that they tend to have. Wet on my skin it became boozey and lost a lot of the sweet edge. The raspberry faded to an almost powdery cherry when it dried.
Its dry now. And on me at least, it smells just a bit like a chocolate covered rope of red licorice. Not nearly as sweet as I was anticipating by the time it’s dry. There are those hints of orange blossom that kind of mellow the sweetness, making it slightly less gourmand. Very pleasant overall.

I was sad to see this one lost in the #TournamentOfUnderdogs and only wish I had reviewed sooner so it could move on!
Vice is the perfect encapsulation of chocolate-covered maraschino cherries with the perfect hint of orange blossom. It’s sweet, indulgent, mouth-watering, and the perfect sexy scent that draws you in. When wet the cherry comes through very strongly, but as it dries the chocolate and orange mature into a really beautiful sort of “spring goth” that is just heavenly. I’d wear this to read a steamy vampire romance novel, to make out to “Linger” by The Cranberries, or with my revenge dress the next time I see my ex-husband.

I LOVE this. Sweet but not too sweet, chocolatey and rich. I can smell the cherry but I’m not picking up on the orange blossom. It’s a little too warm to wear a scent like this right now, but it’s definitely going in my “winter” perfume stash!

I love it. It’s sultry and sweet. At first the chocolate is a tiny bit overpowering, but once it sits on the skin and breathes for a little while the orange blossom dances with the cherry and makes for a sweet and fruity scent.

Chocolate is hit or miss for me, but it’s low in this blend, and I LOVE IT. It smells so purple!

It’s definitely not a scent for everyone but I LOVE it. I’m pretty picky about my scents too. Out of the imp it was a little strong and very sweet smelling. Think of those little cherry in chocolates you get from the grocery store last minute for a party.
HOWEVER. Once it was on my skin and warmed it changed scents. It became a sweet cherry, like a black cherry. Then it made way for a bit of the orange blossom. It became a fruity blend with just the sweetest hint of sweetness from the chocolate and really mellowed out. I was worried it was going to be too strong for me to endure smelling all day at work, but my manager found me with my wrist shoved up my nose.
My coworkers enjoyed it as well. This is totally my Vice and I came back and ordered a full bottle!

This is the other chocolate imp I ordered. It’s more of a complex, dark, fruity chocolate, a bit like a Terry’s chocolate orange, or maybe a chocolate dipped dried Bing cherry but it’s not too sweet or overbearing. It definitely gives off this sexy, edible vibe that invites your lover to come have a taste. Must get the bigger bottle.

When I first applied it, I thought the chocolate was too strong and I couldn’t smell much of the black cherry or orange blossom. A few minutes later (fully dried), however, the chocolate smooths out a little more and suddenly the black cherry is popping out seductively with the orange blossom accenting it sweetly. Definitely a sexy scent I’d want to wear on a date.

I really like this mix. It’s heavy on the chocolate, but the cherry laced through is really what makes this so decadent and wonderful. It’s a very luxurious smell, to be sure, and the little bit of orange keeps it from being too heavy. Really one of my favorites. I can’t stop smelling it on my skin. Mmm.

Not one of my favorites. Its chocolate but with a strange after taste more like chocolate absolute mixed with something bitter. I would suggest How Doth The Little Crocodile for a chocolaty food scent instead.
