True, perfect golden light, refined into an incomparably glorious scent.
A disconcerting scent, heavy and oppressive, through which no light, no matter, and no spirit can escape. Black opium, labdanum, opoponax, black orchid, and benzoin.
One can even set up quite ridiculous cases. A cat is penned up in a steel chamber, along with the following diabolical device (which must be secured against direct interference by the cat): in a Geiger counter there is a tiny bit of radioactive substance, so small that perhaps in the course of one hour one of the atoms decays, but also, with equal probability, perhaps none; if it happens, the counter tube discharges and through a relay releases a hammer which shatters a small flask of hydrocyanic acid. If one has left this entire system to itself for an hour, one would say that the cat still lives if meanwhile no atom has decayed. The first atomic decay would have poisoned it. The Psi function for the entire system would express this by having in it the living and the dead cat (pardon the expression) mixed or smeared out in equal parts. It is typical of these cases that an indeterminacy originally restricted to the atomic domain becomes transformed into macroscopic indeterminacy, which can then be resolved by direct observation. That prevents us from so naively accepting as valid a “blurred model” for representing reality. In itself it would not embody anything unclear or contradictory. There is a difference between a shaky or out-of-focus photograph and a snapshot of clouds and fog banks.
A paradoxical scent experiment! – tangerine, sugared lime, pink grapefruit, oakmoss, lavender, zdravetz, and chocolate peppermint.
No cats were mistreated during the formulation of this paradox, or in the process of creating this perfume.
The fiery, volatile scent of cinnamon, thickened by myrrh, honeysuckle, and copal.

It’s a little bit like the cinnamon of a red hot candy! There’s a hint of sharpness underneath that candy-sweetness, though, which almost smells metallic. It’s a deeply appealing scent, but it has no staying power on my skin. It leaves behind just a hint of the almond, after the cinnamon goes.

I love how spicy and Red Hot-ish this is. The neroli is very nice…but I break out in hives when I wear it which is an issue. This clearly isn’t meant for skin that is even remotely sensitive.

Almond and cinnamon on me, and that is it. If you like a light spicy scent, try it, but I prefer ones with more depth, like Chimera, Queen of Sheba, and Eclipse.

In the imp: Cinnamooooon and almond. I don’t get any of the neroli note in the imp, but that’s okay!
Wet: Creamy almond and cinnamon. The cinnamon in this is pretty intense. It overtakes the almond, and it starts to tingle my skin, but hasn’t turned it red or left any welts (yet). Alas, the cinnamon kind of has a cinnamon broom vibe on me, which… isn’t really a good thing.
Dry: Um… I spoke too soon. There is a huge red spot on my arm near the place where I applied this (even though I did not apply a large amount). The creaminess of the almond is still present, but mostly, it’s just cinnamoooon. I didn’t get any neroli from this at all.
Verdict: I’ll be passing this one onto a friend that adores spicy scents and doesn’t have sensitive skin.

Almonds and cinnamon in the imp, going very spicy cinnamon on the skin. Not something that should be applied on delicate skin or with a heavy hand. I suspect it will be a good, comforting scent for cold winter months.

Cinnabears and Maraschino Cherries. Hot, spicy, and sweet. All at the same time. One of my top five favorite oils.
