It is possible and necessary to love this country and also expect – and demand – that we do better… that we recognize injustice when we see it, and do what we can to fight it. That’s real patriotism.

Upon initial application, the grass note is green and fresh, but, thankfully, is not noticeably a lawn. On the drydown, the juxtaposition of clean skin and moss is slight-ly disturbing. The berry note adds a bit of tartness, but does not make the scent pink-mostly blends with the green to brighten it. Drying out, the blend is surprisingly creamy (must be the musk), and mossy green, without being at all muddy. It reminds me much of Eden, but with less of a rich milky note.

I love this scent. It’s not to overpowering and great for everyday. It smells clean but earthy.

Sometimes I buy BPAL just for the names. My love of Neil Gaiman led me to buy the whole line but I am so happy I did. Coraline Jones is by far my favorite of the bunch. It is surprising sophisticated and grown up scent with just a touch of tartness from the berry. Its a wonderful scent.
