Dungeoneering is exhausting, and sometimes the watered-down ale at the local tavern just slows you down. Before you head out on your next adventure, slather yourself in this fiery brew: freshly brewed coffee with ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, and cream.
Lascivious, flirtatious, and vampy as hell. A true heartbreakerās perfume. The innocence of orange blossom tainted by the beguiling scents of ginger and patchouli.
She herself had short red hair and a face which was not so much freckled as one big freckle with occasional areas of skin.
Pepper’s given first names were Pippin Galadriel Moonchild. She had been given them in a naming ceremony in a muddy valley field that contained three sick sheep and a number of leaky polythene teepees. Her mother had chosen the Welsh valley of Pant y Gyrdl as the ideal site to Return to Nature. (Six months later, sick of the rain, the mosquitoes, the men, the tent trampling sheep who ate first the whole commune’s marijuana crop and then its antique minibus, and by now beginning to glimpse why almost the entire drive of human history has been an attempt to get as far away from Nature as possible, Pepper’s mother returned to Pepper’s surprised grandparents in Tadfield, bought a bra, and enrolled in a sociology course with a deep sigh of relief.)
There are only two ways a child can go with a name like Pippin Galadriel Moonchild, and Pepper had chosen the other one: the three male Them had learned this on their first day of school, in the playground, at the age of four.
They had asked her her name, and, all innocent, she had told them.
Subsequently a bucket of water had been needed to separate Pippin Galadriel Moonchild’s teeth from Adam’s shoe. Wensleydale’s first pair of spectacles had been broken, and Brian’s sweater needed five stitches.
The Them were together from then on, and Pepper was Pepper forever, except to her mother, and (when they were feeling especially courageous, and the Them were almost out of earshot) Greasy Johnson and the Johnsonites, the village’s only other gang.
Wild English roses, French gardenia, vanilla, honey, golden ginger, blood orange, pine resin, pink pepper, crushed berries, tuberose, bergamot, and geranium.
This is the house, the sacred box,
Where, always draped in languorous frocks,
And always at home if someone knocks,
One elbow into the pillow pressed,
She lies, and lazily fans her breast,
While fountains weep their soulfullest:
This is the chamber of Dorothy.
Fountain and breeze for her alone
Sob in that soothing undertone.
Was ever so spoiled a harlot known?
With odorous oils and rosemary,
Benzoin and every unguent grown,
Her skin is rubbed most delicately.
The flowers are faint with ecstasy.
The Scarlet Woman, aglow with sensual indolence: red musk, benzoin, caramel accord, golden honey, and spiced Moroccan unguents.

I got this as a free imp along with a different imp pack I ordered. Ironically, this was my favorite out of them all! Iām not sure I notice the black tea at all, or the pepper. Itās got a vague bit of spice to it. Iād say the linen scent is strongest in this one. Which I donāt mind, and really love! It may just be my personal skin chemistry, but after an hour or so of wear it smells like sea salt to me. It reminds me of a light summer day at the beach. Iām absolutely in love with this and will be buying a full sized bottle. That just goes to show that BPAL sending free imps pays off for them in the end lol!

Smells amazing when it settles! I can smell the tea, vanilla, and honey. A whisper of ginger is there and it’s wonderful. Would totally recommend. A cozy scent that you can wear with your favorite sweater.

Creamy, creamy… a little sweet but balanced, kinda cute but not too much… I really like it, more than I thought I would!

I got this one as a frimp, and I’m loving it on first wear. It hasn’t been on for long, but I’m getting a nice playful mix of the ginger and vanilla with the milk, and the floral of the linen is starting to peak out now. Not much of the tea, but that may come out with more time.

Like a magic cake.

Morphs like crazy. I love the tea. Don’t get much ginger, honey, or vanilla. There’s a tanginess to this, and a bit of pepper. The linen’s nice, too; makes it feel clean. I think I like this, but I’m never sure if I love it.
Where I’d wear it: Spunky house-cleaning

This gets really powdery on me. The vanilla and milk are evident right out of the bottle, but as the day wears on, it just starts to smell like baby powder and linen. The pepper doesn’t come through at all.

The more I smell this the more I love it. If your skin doesn’t amp florals you should be fine because the Linen note in this has a floral tone to it which I do get a bit in the middle stage but it’s gone now.
Wet: Honeyed ginger, with vanilla and a hint of pepper. Yummy, but I’m not really getting any tea or linen?
Drying: Uh oh, there’s that floral note starting to rear its head. But at least I’m still getting hints of the other notes too so it’s not a complete loss…
Dry: Delicious honey, milk, and TEA~ Yaaaay! This is quite the morpher on me and I can appreciate the linen note now that I know is isn’t going to crash the tea party. This is a perfect tea scent for me with a lot of complexity. I’ll probably cave and end up buying a bottle once my imp is nearing it’s end.

I got this as a freebie imp and was very excited after I read the scent description. In the imp it is very nice. It’s a very nice sweet, creamy fresh scent with a nice kick from the pepper, but alas it turned into an overly saccharine and powdery floral scent on my skin.

Sweet, cozy, and comforting. I don’t find it all that foody, but I wore some out today and had someone tell me that I smell like a cookie, so the vanilla does add some foody sweetness.

Smells amazing in the bottle, a kind of bright floral with pepper and tea. However, it turns to sickening baby powder on my skin š Have been using it in an atomizer as a room spray and it’s just lovely though.

Certainly crisp and clean with the black tea and pepper. It has a floral tone which I just can’t place. All around a nice scent
