Shipping Policies

Processing Time:  

All orders, including domestic orders, may take in excess of 14-21 (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) business days to process, pack and ship out due to our workload, the process of hand-blending, and the nature of our product. You will receive an email notification with tracking information the moment your shipping label is created.

Domestic Shipping (USA): 

All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Rates: $10.95 as of April 2026 for orders under $175.
  • All domestic orders over $175 ship for free.
  • Transit times typically range from 3-5 business days from the time USPS takes possession of your package for domestic orders. 

International Shipping: 

We do ship internationally. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.

International shipping rates will be automatically calculated & applied on orders to available countries. If your country is not available for shipping, you will receive a “shipping not available” error message. If you need assistance, please contact us at answers [at] blackphoenixalchemylab [dot] com.

All of our international shipments are sent via USPS Priority International, with international orders over $300 USD ship for free.

Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

Transit times for international orders vary widely and can be unpredictable. We have no control of the packages once they leave the Lab.

Packaging & Safety: We take great care in packaging your order. Each bottle of perfume oil is individually wrapped in protective cushioning and secured in reinforced packaging to ensure it reaches you safely and intact.

Shipping Issues: 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. While all sales are final, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please contact us at answers [at] blackphoenixalchemylab [dot] com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement for any damaged or incorrect items.
